"I had a very complicated situation with finding my son a specific prescription after moving from Denver to the mountains, which was very expensive and needed to find a solution to resolve the issue. I am so glad I called and spoke with Cat at Downtown Drug, as she was incredibly helpful. Instead of merely telling me that she could not fill my prescription or help me, she took the initiative to tell me helpful information about my situation, call my insurance personally in order to find out what the issue was, called another pharmacy to get information to help, and call me back to thoroughly explain the situation and what I could do to find a resolution. All of this while she had already confirmed that I wouldn't be able to purchase this prescription with them, so it would have been completely understandable if she didn't take any additional steps. It's difficult nowadays to find employees who truly care the way that Cat does, who are willing to go out of their way and be so courteous. I want to ensure that you know how lucky you are to have Cat on staff to your customers. Thank you so much, Cat! You helped me find an answer to a problem that many other pharmacies were unable to help with :)"

"Wonderful! My husband and I moved to Meeker but made the drive to get our flu shot. An hour and a half jaunt to Glenwood didn't stop us! The lovely staff truly care. This place is a gem!!"

"My husband and mother in law have used them for prescriptions forever, and why haven't I switched mine over until now? They truly are the best. From on the phone to in person your treated like you matter. You don't feel rushed or like a burden. We had issues with insurance and instead of waiting on the insurance side to clear they filled my prescriptions and adjusted the cost accordingly. You will NOT find that anywhere else. Thank you downtown drug for all you do and making your customers feel so welcomed and actually cared about☺️"

"Down town Drug provides rental wheel chairs. I haven't found one from Basalt to Grand Junction. I call that excellent service."
